It was a great day yesterday out cross country skiing at Big Bear Lake.

In the group were seven skiers, two dogs, and one "rider" in tow.

The "rider" was the youngest of a family of five who was pulled along in her father's custom ski trailer.

The trailer is a converted bike hauler with skis mounted in place of the wheels. The harness is actually sold as an aid for hunters pulling deer out of the woods.

I sure hope I can get out for some more good skiing at Big Bear this year.
